JESUS PROJECT 
In July 2003, Olivier Albert, “bass” (Orange Incident, Suffering, Isola) meets Jean-Pierre Mottin, “guitar” (One More Attempt, Death Before Disco, Kill My Drummer, Negate, …) and through their conversations, they decided to create “JESUSPROJECT”. Evolving atmospherical post-rock at the beginning, they slided in the thread of meetings with other musicians to a progressively more chaotic music with Gregory VanDamme, “vocals” (Beyond My Dreams, Spbär, percussions for Cumalli Bulduk saz player, and sufi singers from tariqa Qadiriya Butchichiya). Influenced by Every time I Die, Converge, Jr Erwing, Blood Brothers, The Mars Volta, Envy, Neurosis, … they meet Gil Chevigné, “drums” (Coverhate, Groundfish) and finally choose a line-up to work on. This was in July 2004. Two months and a half were enough to fix some tracks and record the first two titles in two autumn days at Tony Deblock’s Midas studio (Hooverphonic and more than 300 hardcore bands!). Rich in various influences and experiences, “JESUSPROJECT” is adding the finishing touches to a first varied and strong album with the precious help of ‘Godschild Music LTD’. Stepping on the way of sacrifices and hard work to develop their project, the members of “JESUSPROJECT” are working to have their band come out from darkness into light!
