"After being a band for almost 3 years, having the first pressing of our 7” sell out before it was even officially released, playing dozens of states with hundreds of bands, Expired Youth will soon be calling it quits. We have had an absolute amazing time doing this band that words won't be able to do it any justice. There is no band drama and we still are great friends but it's just time for this chapter to close. We want to personally thank the many of you that have come to see us play, sang along, bought our merch...and everything in between it really meant to world to us. If there's one thing we want people to take away from this band it's that being involved in hc or sxe does NOT have to end at 21 or college. People in this band range from ages 20-35 so hopefully that can be a good example of practicing what we preach. Huge thank you goes to Larry and Ryan with Think Fast! Records for taking a chance on us, we love you guys so much. You truly are what a hc label is supposed to be! On a brighter side, a new band will be forming from Expired Youth.... All the members, minus Ryan, have started a new band called One Foot In The Grave and will have a new demo out in a couple months or sooner. So keeps a look out for that as more develops. So once again we'd like to thank all of you for your support and if you can, PLEEEEEASE come out to our final show, it's going to be INSANE! Take care everyone.
