Voici quelques nouveautés sorties ou à sortir chez les anglais de Engineer Records:
- The Fire Still Burns - limited ep
2 undeniably energetic songs on 4 different coloured vinyls, both limited and needed for any fan of honest, pure, catchy and heartful melodic punk rock.
- Squarewell - Limited Edition (500) Picture Disc!
Squarewell hail from Louisville, Kentucky and rip the heart out of any fan of aggressive indie rock. Think Glassjaw with a bend of an older Elliott sound. This release comes to you with a FREE POSTER (limited quantities) and is on EXTRA THICK picture disc vinyl, with great artwork embedded into the record's grain.
- Merciana "Let It Begin" - CD
Their sound is aggressive and heavy-driven yet not lacking in pop sensibility. Much more akin to cascading choruses and an almost stadium-ready song structures of Foo Fighters and Jimmy Eat World, yet with the inventiveness of Sparta.
- The Moirai "Bury Yourself" - Pre-Order NOW!
Need we say any more? This group of thoughtful, introspective and accomplished musicians is now ready to be your next favorite band. Those into ethereal sounds and moody ambiance, might want to take note here. But don't fret, a tight low end rests firmly in place. These guys don't write pop, hits, or singles, but with the quality of songwriting here, who would want them too? Somewhere in the vicinity of The Gloria Record, Slowdive, and Sunny Day Real Estate, a band combining former members of December's Aeternalis and Penfold are now placing themselves solidly on the map amongst their peers.
