L'organisation du Miracle Metal Meeting à Deinze a dû prendre la décision d'annuler le festival en 2024 suite à une prévente insuffisante.
Le message de de l'organisation :
Dear Metalfans,
It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of the Miracle Metal Meeting event scheduled for May 18th 2024. After careful consideration and evaluation of the current situation, we have concluded that we cannot proceed with the event as planned.
Despite our best efforts and the enthusiasm shown by many of you, we have unfortunately not achieved the level of pre-sales necessary to ensure the success and quality of the event. We understand the disappointment and inconvenience this may cause to our dedicated fans, artists, and partners who have been looking forward to the Miracle Metal Meeting.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly. We’ve explored various options to keep the event going, but ultimately, we must prioritize the overall quality of the experience.
For those who have already purchased tickets, refunds will be processed automatically through the original method of payment. You can expect to see the refund reflected in your account within 2 weeks. Those who have bought hard-copy tickets can ask the vender for a refund.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to everyone who has supported the Miracle Metal Meeting and expressed interest in attending. Your passion and dedication mean the world to us, and we are truly sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this cancellation may cause.
We would also like to ask you to fully support the other events by buying a ticket in advance. Every organisation counts on pre-sales, for financial reasons on the one hand, but mainly to be able to organise a high-quality event, and this is only possible if you can make a good estimate of the number of visitors.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Sincerely,
Miracle vzw
